PhysiqueLog（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な管理に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報、その利用方法、および保護措置について説明します。

本アプリは利用者の機能利用のために、以下の情報を収集・保存します。

1-1. 健康・フィットネスデータ

• 体重、体脂肪率（任意）
• 食事の摂取カロリー、タンパク質・脂質・炭水化物・塩分
• 水分摂取量
• 睡眠時間、歩数、日サロ時間
• 筋トレ・有酸素運動の記録（種目・重量・回数等）

1-2. アカウント情報（Google ログイン時のみ）

• 表示名、メールアドレス、Google アカウント識別子

1-3. アプリ設定

• 通知時刻、目標体重、大会日・仕上げ日、栄養目標値などのプロフィール設定

1-4. 課金情報

• サブスクリプションの加入状態（プレミアム / 無料）
• ※クレジットカード情報・決済情報は本アプリでは一切取得・保存しません。決済はすべて Google Play 課金システムを通じて Google が処理します。

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。

• アプリ内での記録表示・分析機能の提供
• クラウド同期機能による複数端末間でのデータ共有（プレミアム機能）
• 利用者設定の保存・復元
• 毎日の記録リマインダー通知の送信
• サブスクリプション機能のアクセス制御

収集した情報を広告目的で利用したり、第三者へ販売・提供することは一切ありません。

• ローカル保存：ログインしていない場合、すべての記録は端末内（ブラウザの localStorage）のみに保存されます。
• クラウド保存：Google アカウントでログインした場合、データは Google Firebase Firestore（Google が運用するサーバー、所在地は米国）に暗号化された状態で保存されます。
• 転送：端末とサーバー間の通信はすべて HTTPS / TLS により暗号化されています。

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーも併せてご確認ください。

利用者はいつでも自身のデータを削除できます。

• 端末内データ：アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
• クラウドデータ：アプリ内の「プロフィール」→「アカウント削除」または下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。クラウド上のデータを完全に削除いたします。
• Google アカウントとの連携解除：Google アカウントの権限管理 から本アプリのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。

• 本アプリのプレミアム機能は Google Play 課金システムを通じて提供されます。
• 14日間の無料体験期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。
• 解約・払い戻しは Google Play ストアの「定期購入」から行ってください。
• 本アプリが取得するのは「プレミアム加入の有無」のみであり、決済情報・カード情報は取得しません。

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておりません。13歳未満の方から意図せず個人情報を収集した場合は、速やかに削除します。

クラウドに保存されるデータは Firebase の暗号化通信（HTTPS / TLS）および保存時暗号化により保護されています。ただし、インターネットを介した送受信において完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後のポリシー公開後も継続してアプリをご利用いただくことで、変更後の内容に同意したものとみなします。

PhysiqueLog ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

To provide the App's features, we collect and store the following information.

1-1. Health & Fitness Data

• Body weight, body fat percentage (optional)
• Caloric intake, protein, fat, carbohydrates, sodium
• Water intake
• Sleep hours, step count, tanning time
• Workout records (exercises, weight, reps, etc.) and cardio sessions

1-2. Account Information (only when signed in with Google)

• Display name, email address, Google account identifier

1-3. App Settings

• Notification time, target weight, contest date / peak date, nutrition goals

1-4. Subscription Information

• Subscription status (Premium / Free)
• The App does NOT collect or store credit card or payment information. All payments are processed by Google through Google Play Billing.

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

• Displaying records and providing analysis features in the App
• Syncing data across multiple devices (Premium feature)
• Saving and restoring user settings
• Sending daily logging reminder notifications
• Subscription feature access control

We do not use your information for advertising purposes, nor sell or share it with any third party.

• Local storage: If not signed in, all records are stored only on your device (browser localStorage).
• Cloud storage: When signed in with Google, data is stored on Google Firebase Firestore servers (operated by Google, located in the United States) in encrypted form.
• Transmission: All communication between the device and servers is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS.

You can delete your data at any time.

• Local data: Uninstalling the App removes all local data.
• Cloud data: Use "Profile → Delete account" within the App, or contact us using the address below. We will permanently delete your data from the cloud.
• Revoke Google connection: You can revoke this App's access from your Google account permissions.

• Premium features are provided through Google Play Billing.
• If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, no charges are incurred.
• Cancellations and refunds are managed through Google Play Store under "Subscriptions".
• The App only receives information about whether you have an active Premium subscription. No payment details are accessed.

This App is not directed to children under 13. If we unintentionally collect personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Cloud-stored data is protected by Firebase's encrypted transmission (HTTPS / TLS) and at-rest encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure.

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after the updated policy is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
